Cancellation

The purchaser may cancel the agreement free of charge within two weeks if the agreement concerning the supply of goods or the fulfilment of services was made through the exclusive use of telecommunications methods . This clause is only valid for the consumer, i.e. any natural person who concludes legal business for a purpose which cannot be attributed to either his commercial or his self-employed professional activity. For business people, sales people and public institutions the regulations of the German Commercial Code shall apply.

Right of cancellation

You can cancel your declaration of willingness to sign a contract within two weeks in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) without giving any reasons or - if the item is ceded to you before the expiry of the period - by returning the item. The period shall begin upon receipt of this advice in written form, however not before receipt of goods by the recipient (and, in the case of returning supplies of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling our obligation to supply information in accordance with § 312c para. 2 of the BGB [German Civil Code] in conjunction with § 1 paras. 1, 2 and 4 of the BGB-InfoV [Information Obligation Regulation] and our obligations in accordance with § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with § 3 of the BGB-InfoV. Consequences of cancellation

In the event of effective cancellation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) issued. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in an impaired state, you shall pay us compensation for the value of the object. This shall not apply in the event of ceding items if the deterioration of the items can be traced back exclusively to their inspection – as might have been possible in a shop. Moreover, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for the deterioration which has occurred to the object by properly using the object by not using the object as your property and refraining from anything which impairs its value. Objects which can be sent by post are sent at our risk. You shall bear the costs of returning the package if the goods supplied do not comply with those ordered and if the price of the object to be returned does not exceed 40 euro or if you have not yet provided the return service or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price for the object at the point of cancellation. In all other cases the return is free of charge. Objects which cannot be delivered in a parcel will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins for you upon sending your cancellation declaration or the object. Our obligation begins with its receipt.
