Sales to private persons within the EU:
Sales to private persons within the EU shall take place in the same way as sales to private persons within Germany (Vehicle price including 19% VAT).
Sales at net price to business customers / dealers within the EU:
Sales of vehicles to business customers / dealers within the EU at net price is possible (to the extent that VAT can be stated separately on this vehicle - which is the case in 95% of all vehicles in aaf).
To sell at net price we require positive disclosure from the Federal Office for Finance. To obtain this for you, we require in advance copies of the following papers by fax:
- tax registration at your finance office
- the address of your company with legal form (S.L.; S.R.O.; Ltd, etc.)
- Company activity
- correct telephone and fax numbers
- Your telephone number (mobile)
- Your e-mail address
- evidence of your VAT ID number
- your entry in the commercial register or your business registration
- the managing director's/ owners personal identity card
